Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026

Faqtuality is a community-run FAQ. Members add knowledge, ask questions, and an AI answers from what the community has shared. By creating an account you agree to these terms. We kept them short and plain.

1.Who can use Faqtuality

You need a working email address to create an account. If you are below the age your local law requires to agree to online terms, ask a parent or guardian first. Keep your account details to yourself — anything done from your account is your responsibility.

2.Be a good member

Stay respectful and on topic. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, misleading, or that you have no right to share. Do not spam, scrape in bulk, or try to break, overload, or abuse the service or its AI.

3.What you contribute

You keep ownership of the questions, answers, and knowledge you add. To let the community reuse them, you share them under our content license. Only post content you are allowed to share.

4.AI answers

Answers are generated automatically from community content and can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as a helpful starting point, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Check anything important before you rely on it.

5.The service can change

Faqtuality is young and still evolving. We may add, change, or remove features, and the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

6.Ending access

You can stop using Faqtuality at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the community or the service at risk.

7.Changes to these terms

When we update these terms we change the date above. If you keep using Faqtuality after a change, that means you accept the new version.
